Member Experience Associate Travel Advisor

Associates are expected to assist with travel planning, sales, and recommendations for AAA products and services, while also maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
Ā Provide outstanding service to members to create totally satisfied member experiences and loyalty to AAA.

Ā Actively make recommendations to enhance and improve member or customer travel experience.

Ā Provide travel assistance to clients during events causing disruption to their travel.
,
Ā Provide domestic and international planning services for members including hotel & car rental reservations, tour packages, airline tickets, and travel insurance.
,
Ā Collaborate with manager to set individual monthly travel sales goals and create a plan to achieve them.
,
Ā Prospect new business via networking events, cold calling, and social media.
,
Ā Manage client milestones by following the sales lifecycle to increase individual and company member base.
,
Ā Promote and sell AAA products and services, including AAA memberships and credit cards.
,
Ā Provide referrals to Insurance Sales associates.
,
Ā Demonstrate continuous learning and share expertise by keeping current on travel trends and industry news.
,
Ā Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
Requirements
Ā Strong knowledge of domestic geography preferred.
,
Ā Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems.
,
Ā Obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications including Travel Accident and Baggage Insurance.
,
Ā Must be able to work flexible schedule as required to meet business needs.

Ā Associates or better in Hospitality and Resort Management
