Accurately transcribe and organize medical records for patients in the Orthopedics department.
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all record keeping.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Utilize electronic medical record systems to document and track patient information.
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for medical transcription and record keeping.
Assist with coding and billing processes as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on changes in policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
