Duties • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, in home appointments, office apointments, and appointments at local venues • Educate seniors about Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes with clarity and confidence • Negotiate plan options tailored to individual needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products • Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records • Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the enrollment process Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure client commitments • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly using analysis skills • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance when handling sensitive health information • Experience in telemarketing or outreach campaigns to generate leads and follow up with prospects • Effective marketing skills to promote services within local communities and online platforms • Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships • Benefits administration knowledge is advantageous for explaining plan benefits clearly Join us as a Medicare Insurance Field Broker and become an essential part of helping seniors navigate their healthcare options!
