Campaign Overview:
Engage with inbound Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits. Our agent will gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans, pre-qualify them to ensure they meet the essential criteria, and seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance.
Hours of operation
This project works Monday through Friday.
Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.
Full-time 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.
Compensation:
Compensation is $14.00 per hour.
EngageCX offersweekly direct deposits once set up in payroll which takes two full weeks.

Skills and Requirements:
ย Previous survey experience preferred.
ย Friendly and professional with a clear, concise speaking voice and proper use of the English language.
ย Excellent communication and call control to remain on standardized script while offering quality customer service.
ย Distraction-free, secure, and quiet place to work.
ย Knowledge of Windows applications, email communication, and typing skills is essential.
ย Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously.
ย Pass a complete Felony and HIPPA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)

ย Minimum 4.0 GB of Available RAM
ย Minimum of 1 GB of Physical Available Memory
ย Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
ย Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord.
ย Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited.
ย Minimum 35 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% connectivity to the internet provider.
ย Laptop users must have and use an external keyboard and mouse.
