Lead and manage a team of medical writers in the EMEA region.
Develop and implement strategies for the creation of high-quality medical writing assets.
Ensure that all medical writing projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and content.
Mentor and provide guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in medical writing.
Monitor and track team productivity and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical writing to continuously improve processes and techniques.
Oversee the review and editing process of medical writing assets to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Serve as a liaison between the medical writing team and other departments within the organization.
Participate in the development and execution of global medical writing initiatives.
Represent the organization in conferences and meetings related to medical writing.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Manage budgets and resources for medical writing projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
