Associate Degree in Medical Technology
Prior experience as a Medical Technician (MLT) strongly preferred

Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Information Systems
Prior healthcare experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
