As the Medical Scribe Specialist, you will collaborate closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters, update medical records, and assist with chart preparation. You will ensure comprehensive and precise documentation, enabling providers to focus on patient care and improving workflow efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. • *Qualifications** • Strong medical terminology knowledge, familiarity with clinical workflows, and proficiency in medical charting and documentation • Excellent written communication and active listening skills to effectively transcribe provider-patient interactions • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Technological proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and remote work tools • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, prior experience in a medical scribe role, or relevant medical background is advantageous • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strict adherence to HIPAA standards at all times
