About the position
Responsibilities
• Review complex scientific information and translate it into engaging and educational messaging as per the needs of the function.
• Liaise with the medical and scientific community as well as internal associates to ensure the output meets their objectives and is medically/scientifically accurate.
• Work alongside other medical writers to share expertise, editing and advising on content.
• Stay up to date on relevant clinical trials by reading and reviewing publications, attending courses and through membership in industry/professional associations.
• Become proficient in grant writing activities and assist team members in grant submissions as well as award management.
Requirements
• PhD or MS degree
• 5+ years of experience in scientific and medical writing
• Strong knowledge in publication and grant application writing
• Strong understanding and interpretation of clinical and scientific data
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience in regulatory submissions
• Market access research understanding.
