Job Summary This is a highly desirable position that many aspire to secure. Only those who answer the three screening questions will be reviewed. Unlike most 1099 positions, we provide training, resources, marketing material, sales web-based platforms, and 24/7 customer support to make sure you succeed. Since this is a 1099, you are paid based on commission and there is no base salary. There is no cap and no quota. The annual average for a rep last year was 300k. Our Remote Care (Health and Wellness program) provides you the opportunity to market to various health professionals in nearly every service of medicine and health care! Generally, new reps start out marketing Remote Care because it's the easiest and provides an amazing recurring monthly revenue stream compared to our other three products. Each product is completely separate from each other and you can choose what product or products you'd like to focus on. We have four different products that can be marketed to providers: 1. Remote Care (Personalized Health and Wellness Coaching that practices can offer their patients. These are evidence-based, fun, and truly engaging simulated activities, like the Nintendo Wii, that patients can do in their home). 2. Wound Grafts (for chronic wounds). 3. XSONX (a wound debridement device that works by vibration). 4. 351 (a) MSC Exosomes (will be the first biologic "drug" in FDA history without any side effects, used for nearly every kind of disease and ailment). Remote Care/Health and Wellness Program: Finding independent providers and other independent practices (e.g. Family Doctors, Chiropractors, PCP’s, Physical Therapist, Dietitians, etc.) to sign up for our Remote Care Health and Wellness program (CCM, RPM and/or RTM). This is a new insurance-covered program and many providers are very interested in offering it to their patients. The patients will have their own licensed clinician that develops a personalized health and wellness program to help keep them active and engaged in their health throughout the month and between doctors visits. The market is wide open, only 4% of health care practices have implemented Remote Care nationwide, so you will hardly have any competition. MSC Exosomes: covered by insurance for retired professional athletes already which is very promising and pending FDA approval. Currently, it can be marketed to DO's, MD's, PA's, NP's, and estheticians as cash-based. Compensation: • Targeted Earnings - 6 to 7 Figure Income Annually • 100% Commission, No Base Salary • 1099 Position, no benefits or expense reimbursements.
