Job Title: Medical Operations Support Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Department: Operations
Reports to: Medical Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
The Medical Operations Support Specialist plays a vital support role within the Restore Medical team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical operations. This position involves coordinating processes and communication between departments, providing technical support, and assisting the corporate medical team to enhance client care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate in this role will have a Medical background and strong understanding of healthcare management systems.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field
Experience:
Experience in healthcare operations or technical support, particularly with medical systems and technologies.
Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare management software.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
