About the Role Tandem’s AI assistant empowers clinicians by generating clinical notes, certificates, and referrals directly from consultation conversations, and seamlessly provides relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. We’re actively expanding our capabilities with new modules like advanced clinical decision support and pre-charting tools. We are assembling a top-tier team in Finland dedicated to bringing Tandem’s AI solutions to professionals across Wellbeing Services Counties and private social and healthcare providers. Our mission is to ensure that every organisation experiences the full value of Tandem’s technology – adapting it to their workflows so it becomes an indispensable part of daily practice. What You Will Do Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions and guide users as a trusted expert, supporting them throughout their transition to new ways of working. Develop a deep understanding of users’ clinical environments and tailor Tandem to address their unique requirements. Provide expert user support, quickly resolve issues, and surface opportunities for new product enhancements. Collaborate closely with a world-class product and engineering team to shape Tandem’s product, contributing ideas and actively engaging in focused development initiatives. Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops, sharing our vision with clinicians and stakeholders. What You Bring Clinical experience in healthcare (e.g. general practice, hospital, private practice). Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills Experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare or social sectors, or a demonstrated deep understanding of the industry. Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments. While direct customer or patient work is invaluable, this position also demands broader perspectives and a versatile toolbox. Genuine passion for technology and AI – deep technical expertise is not required, but curiosity and enthusiasm are essential qualities we seek. Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach. We operate with urgency and teamwork to accomplish what’s needed quickly. Bonus Points Experience in health-tech or healthcare. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt-engineering or AI-driven medical tools. Location We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in Helsinki where you will work collaboratively with your local team, as well as with our Stockholm-based team. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement.
