About the Role
Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant
Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hour days between 7:00-5:00
Location: Fully remote
What Were Looking For
Experience: Multi-line phone systems, healthcare, electronic medical records (EMR)
Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and patient-centered care skills, with excellent customer service
Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces learning and growth.
What Youll Do
Answer incoming phone calls.
Setting up new patients in our EMR
Creating appointments in our EMR
Ensure daily schedule is accurate and communicated to providers
Billing or taking payment for services scheduled
Educating patients or potential patients on who we are and what we offer.
Collaborate with a team dedicated to redefining healthcare with integrity and accessibility.
