Clarify and explain medical terminology and procedures to patients and healthcare teams as needed. Assist in the translation of medical documents and patient education materials when required. Collaborate with healthcare staff to improve communication strategies and patient understanding. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare policies, and interpreting best practices.
