Medical Data Entry Assistant
Headlands Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) is hiring a Full-Time Medical Data Entry Assistant to support our mission of improving access to quality addiction medicine and mental health services.
This is a primarily administrative role focused on back-office support. Headlands ATS is a leader in addiction and psychiatric care, providing services to treatment centers and the community. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based patient care, education, and organizational improvements for an underserved population.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00am-2:30pm PST (9:00am-5:30pm EST)
Essential Job Functions:
Data entry - to include uploading notes and other data as required
Uploading lab results
Ordering of lab work
Working under the business coordinator team to complete various administrative tasks
Successful Candidate MUST have the following:
Medical Assistant certification
At least one year of data entry experience
Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication
Strong work ethic and reliability
Extreme attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with Google Workspace apps
Experience in a behavioral health setting
