Responsibilities for the Collections / Customer Service Rep include:

Find and inform customers about unpaid medical accounts
Receive and post payment to customer's account
Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
Keep records and status of customer's medical account
#CLEQualifications for the Collections / Customer Service Rep:

Customer service experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type on the computer

Expected salary: $16 per hour
