Job description: Medical Collections Representative needed in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX!Must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex!Remote PositionDescription:
Working with EMR systems
Knowledge of Medical Billing
Knowledgeable of different insurance types (HMO/PPO/ etc.)
Calling patients to collect payments
Diagnosing issues in Billing for patient in bound calls
Other duties as needed
Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM M-FPay: 24.00 USD HourlyQualifications:
2+ years of Experience in Medical Billing and Patient Call Center Experience
Patient Collections experience is a must
Experience with call de-escalation
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
