About the Role: Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / Quality Assurance Specialist - Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth and PFCC to join our team. As a key member of our medical billing department, you will be responsible for providing support related to all medical payers, working on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to collect pending payments. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, offering the flexibility to work independently and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the quality of transactions at regular frequency, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in medical billing processes. Oversee and report Quality control measures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Deliver structured curriculum in live and virtual learning environments to groups and individuals, focusing on denial management, pre-reg, auth, and PFCC. Provide one-on-one coaching and refresher training for ongoing performance improvements, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of process and role-specific job aids, supporting the effective application of curriculum. Monitor, evaluate, and report training outcomes to local managers and the central leadership team, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues requiring additional one-on-one support. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training content and programs, staying up-to-date with changes in patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, and accreditation/licensing standards. Essential Qualifications: A graduate degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR collection, pre-reg, auth for US healthcare processes. Proficiency in EPIC software (EPIC experience is preferred). In-depth knowledge of denial management, pre-reg, auth, and PFCC. Understanding of common healthcare industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement. Knowledge of how government/commercial payers reimburse. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to use a Windows-based computer system and common business software found in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently performing assigned duties. High level of ethics and a courteous, professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task, establish, and meet deadlines. Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical billing and coding. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance. Certification in medical billing or a related field.
