Ongoing Analysis: Conduct continuous analysis to pinpoint the root causes of issues and suggest modifications to workflow processes for better performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Background in data analytics or accounting, with a preference for experience in a medical billing environment.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical and computer skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Medical Billing Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Microsoft Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency, including experience with pivot tables and formulas.
Trend Analysis: Ability to analyze information to identify trends and anomalies.
Communication: Excellent skills in communication and documentation.
