This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Quezon City, Philippines or nearby areas, working night shifts aligned with U.S. Central Time (10 PM – 7 AM PHT).The selected candidate will play a critical role in the clinical and administrative workflow, including patient intake, assisting providers during sessions, updating treatment plans, coordinating with insurance companies and pharmacies, and administering injections as required. This role requires an active Nursing license, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.You must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and emotionally sensitive behavioral health environment.ResponsibilitiesStart patient intake process and document pertinent informationBe present in the patient room during the interviewReview and make changes to the treatment plan based on discussion with the providersCall insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and prior authorizationsCall pharmacy to verify medicationsPrepare and inject patients with medicationsRequirementsMUST have active Nursing license and license number as this is needed for credentialing in the hospitalMUST be good with computers/technology (proficient in Microsoft office and Google)Strong clinical skills and knowledge of MA practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary all clinical departmentsAbility to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a highly stressful and emotional environment, behavioral health and/or suffering patients.
