As a Medical Assistant at Redirect Health, you will play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare experience for our members. You will collect and manage medical data related to members' chronic conditions and medications, inputting this information into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset are essential as you will manage outreach lists and collaborate with medical providers to address members' care needs. Responsibilities
β€’ Become experts at our Hit the Ground Running (HTGR) Process to set our members up for success with their healthcare needs when they first enroll.

β€’ Capture necessary chronic condition/medication and proactively enter them into the EMR.
,
β€’ Input member data into appropriate outreach management lists in EMR to follow-up either daily, weekly, or monthly.

β€’ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly outreach lists.
,
β€’ Work with RDH Medical Providers on status of care/medical needs.
,
β€’ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data.

Requirements
β€’ 1 Year of experience in a Healthcare Administrative Support role or Case Management-related role, preferred.
,
β€’ 1 year of telephonic outbound with heavy call volume, preferred.
,
β€’ Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant or other medical experience preferred.
,
β€’ Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and an Electronic Medical Record system, preferred.
,
β€’ Bilingual (Spanish/English), highly desired.
,
β€’ Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation, required.

Nice-to-haves
β€’ Experience in a medical specialty such as Dermatology, Ob/Gyn, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
