About the position
Ā Some weekend work is available but mainly Monday through Friday workload. There is not enough workload at this time for days. We need late afternoon and evening MTs!!!
Ā Minimal straight typing accounts. These are 99% speech editing.
Ā Must have Windows 10 or newer operating system, USB foot pedal, ability to work independently, and be a US citizen located in the United States.
Ā To be considered, each candidate will need to have STRONG OP REPORT EXPERIENCE and a willingness to learn account specifics. Be sure to list any specialties in your resume.
Qualifications
Ā Medical transcription experience within the last 5 years
Ā STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Ā Located within the United States
Ā Willingness to learn new accounts and help out as needed
POSITION 2 OF 2: Veterans Command is seeking EXPERIENCED US-BASED LEGAL TRANSCRIPTIONISTS for ongoing projects. Positions are independent contractor status.
About the Position
Ā Projects typically consist of 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 interviews between an Interviewer and Participant
Ā Projects have varying turnaround times. Anywhere from 3 days to 14 days
Ā This is not a training opportunity. To be considered, all applicants MUST have transcription experience
Qualifications
Ā Typing speed of 55+ wpm
Ā Must have strong typing and listening skills
Ā Current legal transcription experience within the past 5 years
Ā Team player attitude
Equipment Needed
Ā Computer with anti-virus software
Ā Foot pedal
Ā ExpressScribe or other transcription software
Ā Headphones
