What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collect, verify, enter, and maintain data and medical record information in the medical management database
Develop reports and materials for distribution and communication with hospitals
Track patient admissions/discharges and transcribe lab results
Monitor reports and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness
Attend team meetings, conferences, and training as required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Prior administrative experience is required
Proficiency in navigating MS Office applications and other databases
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
Professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior remote work experience
Basic proficiency with the Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment
