Summary Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Wisconsin Medicaid Trainer to join our Training team supporting the state’s Medicaid program. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that enhance performance, ensure compliance, and strengthen onboarding and continuous learning for teams supporting Wisconsin Medicaid. Your role in our mission Deliver engaging training sessions across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job settings. Facilitate training aligned with Wisconsin Medicaid program requirements and policies. Partner with instructional designers to develop and refine user-friendly training materials. Provide follow-up support and resources to reinforce learner success. Assess training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. What we're looking for 5–7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in a similar L&D role. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with training technologies and virtual learning platforms. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods. Experience in system implementations or training transformation initiatives. What you should expect in this role Full-time, remote role (40 hours per week). Flexibility to lead both virtual and in-person training sessions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Medicaid initiatives. Opportunity to influence employee performance and client outcomes.
