Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Media Planning Director to lead our CVS Media Exchange (CMX) team as a Lead Director. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for devising and delivering solution-oriented media strategies that drive performance for CMX brands and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:


Lead the Media Buying team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship, and acting as a point of contact for escalations.
Develop and evangelize media planning processes, expectations, best practices, and innovation to ensure fully robust/integrated media plans across platforms.
Recruit, train, and develop a results-oriented team.
Guide the use of audience data to impact media strategy, suited to client objectives and media delivery.
Develop a framework to monitor holistic media plan performance and performance trends.
Act as a strategic partner to key internal stakeholders to create and implement solutions to solve supplier challenges.


Requirements:


8+ years of experience in media planning/buying and full-funnel measurement.
Advanced knowledge of digital media channels, including display, social, and search.
6+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in ad ops, programmatic, ad management technologies, and BI tools.
4+ years of management experience.
2+ years of experience in retail media (preferred).
