Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop media partnership opportunities across premium publications and platforms.
• Translate marketing goals into actional paid media plans with measurable KPI’s.
• Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and budget forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with Lenovo’s key partners in the vendor community.
• Recommend media mix, budget allocations, and timing strategies for custom media partnerships.
• Present plans, rationale, and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on media trends, technologies, and tools to inform planning and innovation.
• Drive testing roadmap to ensure we’re maintaining a test and learn strategy with new opportunities at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid media planning, media buying, or paid media strategy in the technology vertical

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform media strategy and decision-making
• Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, attribution, and analytics
• Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within a very large, fast-moving organization with many internal and external stakeholders is a bonus
• Strong verbal/written communication
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and data visualization skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $85k-110K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
