Media Buyer (Social Ads)

We are a growth consulting company, and the marketing agency leg of our business manages a high volume of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts for local service businesses.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented media buyer who is strong in execution, but also has the ability to spot patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement within a structured system.

This role is primarily execution-focused. All campaigns are developed by our internal team. Your role is to implement, manage, and monitor them inside Ads Manager while contributing thoughtful observations that help improve performance over time.

Responsibilities:
• Launch campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
• Make edits to campaigns based on clear instructions
• Monitor performance and flag issues
• Maintain KPI benchmarks for campaigns
• Pause, adjust, or duplicate campaigns or campaign assets following SOPs
• Work across multiple ad accounts in a structured, organized way
• Identify trends or patterns in performance and communicate insights clearly
• Communicating and working with client account managers
• Attend performance and optimization meetings
• In some cases assisting with client-facing tech setups

Requirements:
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes and systems
• Ability to recognize patterns and communicate insights
• Comfortable executing within a defined framework (not a fully autonomous strategist role)
• Reliable internet and consistent work environment
• Based in the United States (Utah/Salt Lake City area preferred)
• Works well in a high performing team environment
• Great critical thinking skills and on the spot problem solving
• Ability to adapt to a fast growing company and changing/moving up of role
• Great communication skills
• Enjoy constructive criticism and personal development

Account & Security Requirements:
• Must have an active, established personal Facebook profile in good standing
• Must have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled
• Must be willing to complete identity verification if required by Meta. Ideally this is already established on your profile.
• Must follow all platform policies and maintain consistent, secure account usage

Compensation:
• Base compensation range: $3,500–$4,500/month (depending on experience and fit)
• Bonuses driven by client-satisfaction, to be discussed with approved candidates
