Media Buyer (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) — USA-Based Only - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer who can handle the full funnel — from strategy to execution — across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
This is NOT just a posting job. We need results. Period.
You’ll be responsible for:
Creating and refining campaign strategy and funnels
Executing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Conducting performance analysis, testing, and optimization
Suggesting and planning ad creative direction (assets will be provided)
Aligning campaigns with our goals for lead generation, conversion, and ROI
Reporting clearly on what’s working and what’s not
We’re based in the USA and are only considering freelancers located in the United States. This is because we want to meet in person after signing the contract via Upwork.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in paid media buying on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data/metrics
• Can think strategically and creatively
• Must be based in the USA
• Available for an initial call and potentially an in-person strategy session later
• Clear communicator and result-oriented mindset
Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience with lead gen funnels
• Understand UTM tracking and reporting dashboards
• Have scaled ad campaigns in the coaching n career space
