MedCenter High Point RN Part Time
Overview:
A caring and efficient RN is responsible for providing excellent patient care, which results in favorable patient outcomes. Operating under general supervision, this role facilitates the coordination of patient care through teamwork and the utilization of nursing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
The nursing staff on the assigned unit evaluates the needs and medical conditions of patients to deliver tailored and appropriate care to each patient.
Personalizes nursing care plans by carefully analyzing patient data, including medical history and diagnostic reports, to provide optimal care.
Conducts nursing interventions, such as dispensing prescribed medications and facilitating healing therapies to provide holistic patient care.
Verifies the precision and conformity of medical records to comply with regulatory guidelines and policies set by the organization.
Evaluates the efficacy of interventions on patients and pinpoints any further interventions needed to fulfill predetermined care targets.
Engages with a team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
Accomplishes supplementary tasks as requested.
Qualifications:

Required:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Required:
1 year as a Registered Nurse
Preferred:
1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
