Med-Surg Travel Registered Nurse
MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a respected Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is actively seeking a skilled Med-Surg registered nurse (RN) for an exciting travel assignment with one of our premier healthcare clients.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certification
- At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
- Additional requirements as determined by the client facility

Key Responsibilities
As a Med-Surg Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality care to primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures, as well as those undergoing treatment with pharmaceuticals. Given the diverse medical conditions encountered, you will need to be knowledgeable about a wide range of health issues:
- Completing assignments as directed by physicians.
- Providing routine treatment and post-surgical care.
- Assessing changes in a patient's health status and performing various treatments.
- Administering medications accurately.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation regarding medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.
