Mechanical Modeler / BIM Specialist (Sheetmetal)

The Role A BIM Specialist generally covers the modeling of different trades (Architecture, Structure or MEP), depending on your background and expertise, whose extent will depend on the scope of the project (specific zones or entire buildings), and whose quality will go according to clients’ requirements and the services provided by the team you end up joining. This position requires a high level of modeling quality (expertise, technical knowledge, LOD and QAQC capabilities), and more autonomy in its self-management and modeling capabilities (studying whatever's necessary according to each trade). A BIM Specialist saves the client problems, detecting possible conflicts throughout the initial information review and the modeling and coordination phases. Mandatory Requirements: • Advanced level of English is an absolute must. • Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree. • Intermediate - Advanced Revit knowledge and applied experience. • Intermediate - Advanced Navisworks knowledge. • Experience modeling HVAC Ductwork +3 years (sheet metal) Desirable Requirements: • Experience in US-based projects (It’s definitely a PLUS) • Experience in conceptual design / BIM Design assist.
