Key Responsibilities
• Lead the MDS process, ensuring precise and timely assessments for every resident.
• Supervise the interdisciplinary team, offering guidance and support to guarantee the highest standards of resident care.
• Analyze resident data to identify patterns and spearhead quality enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations.

Required Skills
• Active RN license in good standing.
• RAC-CT Certification.
• Demonstrated experience in completing and overseeing MDS assessments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications
