Role and Responsibilities of McDonald's Maintenance Crew Member: Provide assistance to management in ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness and equipment maintenance within the restaurant. Ensure that the oil used in fryers is filtered each day to maintain cleanliness. Maintain outside grounds. Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, scrub interior and exterior windows, restock inventory in storage areas, and sanitize washrooms. Two times a week, carry out unloading duties for the delivery truck. Get rid of and clean out the waste. Change light bulbs. Ensure cleanliness of HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris from the roof area. Required Skills and Experience of McDonald's Maintenance Crew Member: Desire to learn and engage in duties associated with maintaining physical structures. Competency in working collectively in a quick-paced setting. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and equipment quality requires reliability and commitment.
