Maths Teacher - Secondary School - Wolverhampton Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands Pay: £160-£230 per day (dependent on experience) We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a Maths Teacher for a long-term position starting this term. The role will involve teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, supporting students of mixed abilities and contributing to a supportive and well-established Maths department. This opportunity is suitable for experienced teachers as well as ECTs looking to gain valuable experience in a long-term setting. Key responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging and structured Maths lessons Teaching KS3 and KS4 classes Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners Assessing, marking and tracking student progress Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Working collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply What's on offer: Long-term role with the potential to continue until July Competitive daily rates, paid weekly Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant Apply today to be considered for this Maths Teacher role in Wolverhampton.
