Mathnasium, a leading provider of math learning centers, is seeking a passionate and experienced Math Tutor to join our Encino Park Center team in San Antonio, TX. As a Math Tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in math, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the Role:
Create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for students
Learn and implement the Mathnasium curriculum and teaching methods
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Tutor students in math at all grade levels (1-12)
Work a consistent, flexible schedule (8-12 hours/week on average)
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $12.00/hr (during training) to $13.50/hr (after training)

Requirements:
At least 16 years old
Math proficiency through Algebra 2 (Pre-Calculus/Calculus preferred)
Experience tutoring or working with children in grades 1-12 (preferred)
Commitment to work with us for at least 9 months
