Math Tutor (High School Math)

Our Lincoln Park Center is looking for dedicated PART-TIME Tutors for Math (Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus, and ACT/SAT Prep). The Opportunity • Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting. • There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade. • Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer. • Competitive hourly rate and paid training. • Professional development opportunities. Qualifications • Bachelors degree. • State teaching credentials are preferred, but not required. • Excellent student interaction skills in 1-1 settings. • Available to work 3-4 days per week (Min-10 HR per wk.), including weekends. • Ability to score in the 85th percentile or above on at least one section of the ACT or SAT.
