Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, utilizing the renowned Mathnasium Method
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
Teach in-center, online, and/or hybrid classes, adapting to the unique needs of each student
Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction to ensure optimal learning outcomes
Evaluate, grade, and correct student work, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment, ensuring a distraction-free space for students to thrive
Requirements and Qualifications:
A genuine passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong math competency, with proficiency through at least Algebra I
Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization
