Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in the Mathnasium program
Become proficient in the Mathnasium Method, digital educational materials, and processes
Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction
Maintain a clean and professional learning environment, and assist with non-instructional tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
A passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Math competency through at least Algebra I
Ability to balance multiple tasks and learn new methods and materials
Willingness to undergo training in the Mathnasium Method and pass a background check
