Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Math Instructor/Tutor to provide individualized instruction and support to students in a group setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, mathematical, and instructional skills, as well as a strong passion for working with students. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, utilizing the Mathnasium Method and digital educational materials
Establish positive relationships with parents and maintain a high level of confidence and program value
Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and evaluate student work to ensure the best possible experience
Maintain a clean and professional learning environment, and assist with non-teaching tasks as needed
Requirements:
A passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal skills and math competency through at least Algebra I
Ability to balance multiple tasks and willingness to learn and be trained
Work authorization and background check required
