Math Instructor (Full-Time) - Inspire Future Leaders in Council Bluffs, IA

Vanguard College Prep is seeking a passionate and experienced Math Instructor to teach small groups of students in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. As a Math Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of future leaders, helping them develop essential core skills, and preparing them for success in high school, college, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Instruct small groups of students in math core skills, promoting long-term understanding and top scores in college readiness exams (ACT & SAT)
Track student progress, engaging students in individualized growth and improvement opportunities
Develop and execute creative lesson plans, mentoring middle and high school students with empathy and understanding
Maintain strong organizational skills, replying to students in a timely manner and updating student lesson schedules on our online platform
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, education, or related STEM field (Master's or higher preferred)
Teaching experience in math and/or experience working in a college-level tutoring center (1+ years)
GPA of 3.5 or higher
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suites
Access to a reliable internet connection and a workspace with minimal noise/distraction
