We are seeking a passionate and skilled Math Instructor/Tutor to join our team at Mathnasium of Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Math Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of 2nd-12th grade students, helping them to understand, master, and love math. Job Responsibilities:
Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
Assess student progress and engagement, providing individualized instruction and support
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional educational experiences
Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained on our methodologies and materials
Strong math competency (through at least Algebra I)
Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
