Math and Science Tutor Needed (Grade 10 – Manitoba Canada Curriculum)
(Please do not apply if you do not have patience to teach a child really struggling with Mathematics). I am looking for a qualified Math and Science tutor who understands the Manitoba high-school curriculum, to support my Grade 10 son. Math is currently the major challenge, so the tutor must be particularly strong in helping students who struggle with mathematical concepts. Notwithstanding that he is in Grade 10, the tutor should be able to assess his current level, identify learning gaps, and build foundational understanding before moving forward. Requirements: Strong knowledge of the Manitoba Grade 10 Math curriculum Ability to teach Science as needed Demonstrated experience helping struggling learners Step-by-step, patient teaching approach Must provide online/virtual tutoring Must offer a free 30-minute virtual trial session Able to assist with assignments, homework, and specific classroom topics Expectations: Weekly virtual sessions Focused math support with science help as required Improved comprehension and confidence Continuous assessment and progress tracking If interested, please message with: Teaching background Experience with Manitoba curriculum Previous results supporting struggling students.
