What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project schedules for multiple capital projects related to provider demographics
- Conduct analyses and gather project materials, including budgeting and forecasting
- Facilitate recurring status meetings and address issues that arise from the business
- Ensure successful completion of projects by managing cross-functional interdependencies
- Monitor financials to ensure budget compliance and manage risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience working with multiple project schedules
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle
- 3+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
- 3+ years maintaining project schedules for government DDI projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
- Familiarity with Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, and the Healthcare Industry
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Visio
