Job Description Job Title: Master Plumber (License Holder) Location: Phoenix, Arizona Compensation: $2,500 - $3,500/month for license rental + $40 - $45/hour for consulting work Employment Type: Non-Employee (License Leasing) | Full-Time Option Available Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to rent or lease their Arizona plumbing license for business purposes. This is a non-employee role, but there is an opportunity for a full-time position for those interested in an active working role. The ideal candidate will hold an AZ Specialty Residential R-37 License and be open to providing consulting services as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the qualifying party for licensing requirements, ensuring state compliance. Maintain and uphold Arizona plumbing regulations, codes, and safety standards. Optionally provide consulting services on plumbing projects, training, and compliance needs.
Potential for full-time employment, performing plumbing work and mentoring junior plumbers. Key Skills & Qualifications: Valid Arizona Master Plumber License (or ability to obtain one). 8+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential and light commercial preferred).
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, state regulations, and industry best practices. Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems. Ability to train and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Compensation & Opportunity: $2,500 - $3,500 per month for license leasing. $40 - $45 per hour for additional consulting services.
