Ā Position: Digital School Psychologist
Ā Location: Remote
Ā Employment Type: Full-time (Contract)
Ā Start Date: Fall Semester 2023
Ā Caseload: K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses
Responsibilities:
As a Digital School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of K-12 students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ā Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and needs.
Ā Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students' unique challenges.
Ā Providing virtual counseling and intervention services to support students' mental health and behavioral development.
Ā Offering virtual consultations to teachers and school staff to address concerns related to students' academic progress and behavior.
Ā Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
To qualify for the Digital School Psychologist position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Ā Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Ā State licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Ā Proven experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
Ā Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results.
Ā Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
Ā Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members, parents, and school staff.
Ā Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to deliver virtual services.
