In this role, you’ll be the in-house expert driving strategy, execution, and growth for beauty brands across Amazon and other marketplaces. What You’ll Do • Develop and implement marketplace strategies to grow brands on Amazon and beyond. • Act as the go-to Amazon expert for the brands you manage. • Improve brand value and customer experience by enforcing marketplace quality standards. • Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to make performance-driven decisions. • Monitor inventory needs, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive planning. • Oversee account performance and resolve vendor-related issues when they arise. • Lead remote contractors supporting e-commerce functions. • Coordinate product setup including copy, imagery, keywords, and attributes. What We’re Looking For • Proven e-commerce experience, with strong knowledge of marketplace operations. • Hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience strongly preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable results. • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a client-facing role. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments.
