Marketplace & Directory Onboarding Specialist (CRM-Based, Flat Weekly Rate)
Young & Blissful (YNB) is a startup senior-focused marketplace and directory. We connect families and caregivers with verified local services and products that support aging and caregiving. We’re looking for a detail-oriented onboarding specialist to research, verify, and add providers to our marketplace using a structured CRM and workflow. Responsibilities Research local senior-related businesses (services and products) Verify provider information using public data and email outreach Enter verified data into the CRM and website backend Follow onboarding and verification checklists Flag missing or unclear information Submit weekly progress reports Targets Minimum: 150 verified listings per week More than 150 = bonus (to be agreed) Accuracy and verification quality are required Tools & Process CRM provided (structured fields) Clear workflow and verification criteria Website backend access provided after onboarding Payment & Terms Flat weekly rate (please propose your fee) - No hourly billing Confidentiality An NDA is required.
