Position Overview: The Marketing Web Designer will create clean, modern, responsive landing pages and blog layouts across WordPress and HubSpot while also producing supporting visual assets such as infographics, icons, and charts. This mid-level role is ideal for a designer with strong UI instincts, solid CMS implementation experience, and enough front-end knowledge to troubleshoot layout or styling issues. You’ll collaborate with strategists, writers, and PMs to ensure each page is accurate, polished, and aligned with SEO best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design responsive landing pages, blog layouts, and on-site assets aligned with brand and SEO best practices. Build and upload pages within WordPress and HubSpot. Ensure pages function properly across devices and browsers. Collaborate with internal strategists, content teams, and PMs from concept through final implementation Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally and efficiently. Perform QA on all pages to verify accessibility, UX, layout accuracy, and speed considerations Troubleshoot layout or styling issues using HTML and CSS. Maintain and evolve reusable components, layout templates, and brand consistency. Create clean, modern infographics, icons, charts, and other visual assets as needed. Join occasional client calls to provide clarity on design decisions or updates. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer in a digital marketing or SEO-focused environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages, blogs, and responsive layouts. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop or Canva as needed Experience designing for and building within WordPress and HubSpot. Solid HTML/CSS skills for front-end troubleshooting Understanding of SEO-conscious design (page speed, structure, accessibility, UX considerations). Strong attention to detail with consistent QA habits Comfortable receiving and integrating ongoing feedback. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients. Nice-to-Haves: Basic JavaScript familiarity. Experience with Webflow.
