Responsibilities:
ā¢ ** Facilitate client development and retention and enhance client relationships through marketing, travel, client presentations, and proposal generation.
ā¢ ** Nurture and manage assigned agency relationships.
ā¢ ** Underwrite and negotiate new business and renewals with accounts from $50,000 to $1,250,000 in premium.
ā¢ ** Perform hazard analysis and assess prospect financial standing, operational strategy, and industry trends to determine whether to proceed with account, and how to approach pricing.
Commercial Property Including Contractors' Equipment, Mobile Machinery & Specialty Trucks risks such as:
ā¢ ** Earthmoving Equipment
ā¢ ** Crawler Tread Vehicles
ā¢ ** Diggers, Scrapers, Graders & Rollers
ā¢ ** Concrete Mixers
ā¢ ** Bulldozers, Backhoes & Other Earth Movers
ā¢ ** Cranes - Mobile and Tower Cranes
ā¢ ** Large Power Shovels
ā¢ ** Dump trucks
ā¢ ** Forklifts
ā¢ ** Boom Trucks
ā¢ ** Mobile and Tower Cranes
ā¢ ** Concrete Mixers & Pump Trucks
ā¢ ** Ambulances and Fire trucks
ā¢ ** Explosive Ordnance Disposal EOD Vehicles
