What You’ll Do:
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing strategies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
• Engage with customers in a friendly, personalized way in our in-store marketing campaigns
• Assist our sales and marketing team in new customer acquisition for our client through closed sales.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to our company values.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred but not required
• Strong ability to build relationships and connect with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, adaptable, and driven to succeed
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but a high school diploma is accepted
