Marketing – Student Digital Marketing Specialist (NFWS); Phoenix-based

Position Summary/Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist the DMS team in the Digital Marketing Department with web-based projects that either are initiated within our team or funneled to us from the client service team. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The primary focus of this role will be working on special internal projects to assist with lead generation such as assisting with Career Guides and other projects as assigned Secondary/Potential Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Creating/updating event pages and/or employer partner pages as the client services team requests themPulling and reporting military compliance reports monthlyReporting on and fixing broken links and misspellings on gcu.edu, subdomains of gcu.edu and other affiliated websites for our clientsRunning a monthly vanity renewal report and updating any applicable expiring/expired vanities as instructed by the client services teamAssisting full-time DMS team members with administrative and reporting tasks Equipment Used and Responsibility:MacBook Pro (provided by IT) – Password-protected device to be guarded whenever not in use for the positionWorkDay – HR tool and official time clockMicrosoft Office Suite – Various tools for communication and project tracking, including SharePointDrupal and/or WordPress – Website CMS for making updates on webpagesWorkamajig – Project management system and project time trackingClickUp – Project management systemSiteImprove – Web-based tool for website health and copy searchesQualifications: While this is a remote position, you must be located/reside in Phoenix, AZ or within 30-miles from campusCurrent GCU students enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, business, communications and/or similar concentrationsBasic HTML knowledge a strong plusStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityWillingness to work, learn and be flexibleExperience/Education Eligibility:Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy.
